And if this 'Alex' can spend that much money on a video that seems to enclude like three differnt levitations in really bad quality then why couldn't he pay for a professional website?

Icarus levitation looks alot better than that what he did.

And the second time he "levitated" whats with the extremely straight right leg and holding it?

The other 2 that he did looks like the Angel Levitation but backwards..

That was what we've been waiting for? So after all these weeks it comes to this. Let me start by saying that Alex did indeed do what he promised and didn't lie (except for using another persons video without permission). If you look back at all the comments and posts he ever claimed, they do very well coinside with this levitation. Even his first video where he raised up the side of the house can be explained using his levitation.

Yet all things aside, I am disappointed that his levitation is based somewhat on already used ideas. It is simerlar, yet not exactly, to the Icarus and Criss Angel.

Now let us feel relieved that this matter has finally been revealed to us.

So, to compare the original video of him shooting unrealistically up the side of a house and the new "reverse jump", we're talking about two different but equally dodgy effects ripped off from someone else.

Well he's taken the video off. Aparantly he's trying to upload the better quality version so everyone can see it clearer. Any suggestions to where yhe can upload but not loose quaality and i'll mail him.

Really... Remeber back when he stated that there are three versions of this trick. Two of them (Close Up and X2) could only be viewed from the front. The full version however requires you to build a device (and it can only hold up to 200 pounds). The first two seem to be based off the Icarus, but the full version itself is a mechanism. Perhaps this device is so hard to see, that it is invisible even while surrounded. Ever consider that.

PS: I doubt anyone could Icarus themselves up three feet as shown from the beggining.

not from him, and there is still the fact he lied about the other 2. so why should i have any faith in him. Why should i believe him after so many lies about this levitation and past lies.

the one from the front is the one he is selling, and from what i saw it was the icarus.

Not until he mails out the dvds, and i hear mutliple real reviews will i believe anything he says.

They should be mailing out today. His attitue seems to have changed as he answeres all his emails and in a very friendly manner now. I'd like a good levitation but i'll need to get £40 and a few reviews first.

I honestly dont see why people are making such a fuss for..

It really does not look that impressive and imo, I would not buy anything from a 14 yr old kid that hasnt made a name for himself, has no reputation or respectability ( as yet !! ) and I dont knwo of except for some apparent scam he may be involved in...

If people do decide to buy this and it turns out to be something groundbreaking ( which I doubt ), then and ONLY THEN.. would i start to pay attention..

This thread is really driving me nuts.. I cant believe there is so much talk about some skanky little runt who is lucky enough to have a few extra brain cells than most kids that age so as to forge a scam together..!! Id like to see how experience this kid has in magic.. there are some who are buying into this when there has been NO PROOF, all words and promises, delays, bad attitude and the like.

What he has managed to do right is create a bunch of hype and a marketing of this tomfoolery that has created such threads as this..

Maybe I speaking out of terms or am missing something but I really dont care about a ripped off effect that looks like blatant camera editing..

Somewhere on Talkmagic, there is a guy who bought the X Levitation. I am dying to hear from him on wheather or not it is a scam. That is, of coase assuiming Alex will actually send him the DVD .

Not sure about that. Bare in mind that the majority of comments in that x levitaiton file sharing thread are of the sarcastic nature.

I didn't see the guy in this X Levitation forum. I'll look and see if I can find his post.
