Lady

The trouble is size.

Ladie's rings are inherently smaller, thinner bands.

It's almost impossible to do this so it looks like a ladie's ring.

Mrs Seige's thickest finger ring is a Tiffany & Co silver band, which is smaller than the US style Wizard bands.

Ergo, I think the main problem is that unless you're prepared to modify one yourself, you're stuck.

You just can't generate the required magnetism from a thin band.

It's not sexist or discriminatory in any way at all, it's just not possible.

Sorry... I'm now confused. The third version (called generation 2 - not 3) is not out yet, but when it is it will still be wedding band style, just with a different side profile?

Is that correct?

I can help here...

The ORIGINAL Wizard PK ring had 2 styles: Original and Band style.

The G2 Wizard PK ring is more refined, and is currently available in one style, which has a cross-section profile of a crescent moon, i.e. the outer face is convex.

So, to conclude:

There are THREE Wizard PK styles
Two of them are FIRST GENERATION
One is SECOND GENERATION

Thanks Seige, that explains it perfectly! :D

Will hold out to see what the G2 is like then.

Ie a celtic design or something a carved and a little different?

Thanks in advance....

Yeah, i have one. It's called the PK Ring original. It's a flat band and is much more casual. My friends seem to be unaware of it. Personally, i like the silver but its available in gold aswell

On the other hand, there are quite a lot of women who have difficulty finding rings that are large enough, because all the manufacturers assume that all women have thin fingers...

Lady of Mystery (or others): have you tried the effect "PepperDowner" by T.A. Waters? Admittedly not as versatile as a magnetic PK ring, but it sounds rather cute, and it intrigued me when I read the method online (easy to find).

I know there's been a couple people shopping for different designs of PK rings or PK rings for ladies.

Trickshop just sent this out: http://www.trickshop.com/pk_ring.html

With this new ebook from magician Hank Morfin, you'll learn how to transform any finger ring into a versatile PK ring.

...

Plus, the gimmick works with virtually any style ring, so you are no longer limited to the standard wedding band PK rings sold by most dealers.

I haven't picked it up, but thought a couple of you might be interested.
