don't want to be a pikey or mussle in on this thread but some of whats been said has warmed the cockles of my heart.
you don't mind if i perch here a wile and listen, please don't all clam up at once.
my friends a bit to broad in the bream to do the mussle pass but she's a dab hand at using a shell, honestly you'll never sea her slip it on or off.

you may think I'm talking a load of pollocks but i swear this is no sea shanty it's all true, for goodness hake.

not too long after i was prawn  when i was but a small sprat barely even a kipper i saw a man do the mussle pass and was inspired to give it a go myslef. :D

Yeah the pain goes away after awhile.

There is a DVD on the subject "The Muscle Pass Starring Jay Noblezada" I think you can only get it at penguin at the moment though.

There was another video of this I did about 7 months ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqnRhgRZXpA

no you can find the DVD in a lot of other places.

Try tannens first, that's the only place I know of that has it besides penguin, though I'm sure you can find it other places
