well you can post a link to youtube after uploading it up there...
and ive never tried poker chips, i use half dollars...
believe me when i say this there are 3 key things to the muscle pass....
1. the coin-when learning, the bigger the better.. also try and use relatively light ones... this is why people use poker chips
2. When learning-hold down the coin with your left hand onto your right hand where you normally muscle pass (if your left handed vice versa) and then try popping it out over and over while holding the coin down, this helps train that muscle
3. practise it constantly in different positions if ones not working eg. closer to the thumb, lower in the hand... remember no 2 people have the same hands...
if you apply these 3 methods to your muscle pass (you will obviously need an existing knowledge of how it works) then it should improve...
ps. NEVER THROW IT... LEARN WITH YOUR HAND FLAT ON THE TABLE, LAP ETC AS I LEARNT PUSHING IT A LITTLE AND IT TOOK AGES TO WORK THAT KINK OUT!! good luck and if you post a video, JSM i will try and help you out man....
