now i've tried it with several coins but the pokerchip is the biggest en lightest.. and that's the only one who really pops.. one time it went on.. 4 or 5 inches high but after that it didn't went on in the air..
but smal coins don't work for me

small coins are really hard and you should stick to the poker chips... just remember practice constantly... good luck

I started to learn this with an old penny but it was really hurting, now I have just been using a beer bottle cap (smooth side on palm)

I have started to get some distance with these things now.

I've been practicing on/off getting a pop out of my left hand. My right hand is ok-ish and as such I can deliver 'serviceable' ditches and penetration effects with it.

However... last weekend, whilst toying with my leccy guitar, I actually found that a standard 'teardrop' plectrum makes a great and rewarding trainer for my left hand. It hurt a bit after a while, but worked really well.

sorry to post on such an ancient thread, but I am learning the muscle pass at the moment, i think I am making progress, but the thing is, I am right handed but I can only do the muscle pass with my left hand...Does anyone else have this problem. I can do it a bit but it doesn't work very well with the right
