This sounds really intresting, and I would love to be a part of it this year.
But just a few questions;
Okey I just stumbled upon the answer to my first question I was going to ask (the difference between VIP and Gold), but I take it, since alot of people are just going for Gold that its not really worth the extra for VIP?
And is anyone else going that doesn't know anyone, because if I do decide to go I don't want to be the only loner! :D

I'm going to have to think about this (and quickly, as i'd want to get my ticket in fast).

There's a clash of interests at times so if you have a VIP pass and go to the extra presentations you have to miss some other events. There can be two events at the same time so you'll need to check the programme and decide which is more relevant to you, this year there was a clash between the Children's Magician Competition and a lecture by one of the big names so there are choices to be made even with 'normal' tickets.

I think there will be lots of folks there on their own, some of the TM guys try to meet up a for a few minutes when possible but the best opportunity for socialising (!) is in The Ruskin Hotel, basement bar.......

I ran the maths on this at the last one, chances are extremely low; this of course was not specific to Mr Boz but to anyone at all. The Male to Female ratio, and then that of males to Single females, is horrible! Then when you start asigning weightings by the attractiveness rating...

Hopefully I'll be there, I wanted to go last time, but it didn't work out. Don't know where I'm gonna stay though. I'm sure I can find a nice comfortable bush to lie in.

Sometimes even 3 events, if you count the close-up sessions in the Horse Shoe as well! :(

I think I am going to have to look up some places to stay.
Any recomendations?
All this talk is making me want to go!

I mean, helping Mandrake boost the amount of ugly magicians.
