MasterCyde,
Firstly well done for having a go. It sounds like you have accomplished plenty. Catalepsy, amnesia, numerous inductions and possibly your first abreaction. You are a hypnotist.
I think you have recognized what might have caused the tears. A few simple words of reassurance, checking in every now and again when you wake them up 'how good did that feel?, how relaxing was that? and most importantly suggesting it will feel good works. Not being able to move, no being able to remember anything or hallucinating can be unsettling. Recognize the subject is suggestible and tell them how it will be. Of course if you want them scared, suggest that and qualify it. If you want them animated and excited tell them that. There is another reason for tears and for that refer to the notes about abreaction. Manage it and there will not be a problem. Keep calm, reassure them and suggest all will be fine, then do a proper wake up.
My suggestion is do similar stuff again, take a bit of deepen to deepen, perhaps fractionate. Ensure it is pleasant, her own private place of hypnosis. Test your work. Then go for amnesia - a few variations of it. Then move onto negative hallucinations. Then tell her later on when you ask her to think of a card she will say 7 H. Give her amnesia. Phrase it well.
Let us know how you get on.

...I brought her back and she said she really enjoyed it that time. Thank god for that. I'm gonna try it again on her tomorrow after watching the DVD and maybe go for some negative hallucinations or something. I've got a lot to learn but feel more confident now. Poor girl..
