The idea of a Blackpool nightclub is far from appealing. I think I'll stick to the more social pub option.

Thursday night at Funny Girls ( http://www.funnygirlsonline.co.uk/ ) seems to have become a tradition with many... bit of a clue, they ain't funny and.... :wink:

Ah how I've missed this forum.

Nothing official yet, but a little bird told me Jay Sankey will be showing his face this year.

I think the fact they are leaving the line up till so late is a little dubious. People tend to see whos gnu before booking themselves.

I should be going regardless.

Also - (now confirmed apparently) are Osterlind & Michael Finney.

Getting better actually. Wasn't Osterlind due last year?

I am coming on Thursday, getting in to Blackpool about 5.00pm. Travelodge is a reasonable priced option and not too far from the Ruskin. A tip though, if you book Travelodge book each night seperately. That way you will pick up their saver rates for any cheap nights. If you book as a block you get charged the highest price for every night.

Lawrence Lynda and I will be there on Thursday, staying in a hotel just a few doors from the Ruskin, so will be in the Ruskin Thursday night,
