Yes, there was a very long post by yourself I haven't the energy to read it.
I found most of it to be about general practice and application rather than learning it from scratch.

Fine. Then figure it out for yourself, then. I was going to exert myself to find it but now I won't bother. Since I know more about this than anyone else methinks it is your loss rather than mine.
