OK on a more serious node, I would go for an effect where you read her personality. Lennart Green have an effect I love to do, where the cards after being shuffled and cut by the spectator and randomly riffle shuffled by the spectator (Rosetta shuffle). After that the cards are laid out on the table (I prefer by the spectator). It should be completely impossible, but each 4 card in the arrangement have one of each suit (do to the G...... Principle). The effect is a bit slow (good so you have time to spend time together and build up deeper bonds), the effect is like OOTW completely impossible.
The main point however is that you can patter about her personality.
If she already likes you (if not forget about it), I think there are plenty of opportunity to begin a nice flirt. Personally I am married and would never chat up a woman like that, but I am sure such an effect - where you of course need to lid a candle and make sure the woman (and her female friends) find a quiet corner for this experiment to work properly.

I you do not know the woman, it is important she is with at least one or two female friends so she is relaxed and more receptive for your charm.

and be able to produce an impressive car key on command

It's not the specific trick that impresses the girls, it's the boy who does it. You see, you need to be yourself, to be a great guy, to be open and honest and kind, genuine and fun and light-hearted. If you are these things, in other words, just a sweet person, then you'll find the ladies attracted.

For when someone does a trick, it's their own personality that is the real magic that is important. Too often we tend to focus on the mechanics of tricks and we forget the love of the art of magic itself. If you can find yourself fully embracing art, then the girls you seek or the boys for that matter, will notice you.

We often lose ourselves to our practice and forget that magic is a social skill, an art of and for people, and in that purity, that is where the soul of magic thrives and dances in duende.

Therefore, in a nutshell, work on yourself, on who you are, not on simply a trick or some false personna that doesn't fit the real you. Find out who you really are and learn to express that in any and all tricks and you'll find the women you dream of. Do not worry about a trick not working, that really doesn't matter to the general public like so many of us think it does, what matters, all that matters, is showmanship. So many of us overlook that. For if we have that, we can do any trick, fail at a trick, or do things perfectly and the audience will love us for our genuineness. That's the secret fellas.

DONT use magic to impress a girl.

Without being big headed, ive pulled a couple of times through my magic. Not because ive been out with the mindset to "get a quickie because my erdnase is slamming", but because I have a decent personality.

It happens every now and then when working the tables. I would do my set at the table for some nice girls, and walk away. One once came to me and asked for a business card, and I was happy to oblige. She gave me it back shortly later, with her name and number on the back.

Weve been in a steady commited relationship for a few months now.
