People who keep asking how this tirick is done should just fork out for it :!:

This trick is worth double what u pay for it. The trick is probably the best improptu effect u can get with the simplest of handling. I would say lay person could learn this trick in a hour. Like it says u do not have to b good at coin magic to do this trick.

If u are intrested in close up magic or even getting 1 over on your mates at the pub then get it , well worth the investment!!

Haha... yeah Ben it's something we've all been working on here at TalkMagic... it's even better than the original this way,. because with glue, the coke doesn't go all over your hand.
First time I performed this without the glue, I got suspicious looks when the coke sprayed all over my hand... shame that. :D

[takes tongue out of cheek]

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Hows this for stringing it together

just an idea

you're at a BBQ, you have a coin signed, coin vanishes, find empty can, perform H&S, open can, coin is.......yes you guessed it....in can.

what do you think? Perhaps too much to take in, but just an idea

not yet, literally thought of it last night while performing sinful. Will be performing it today though, walking around 500 people so got a few chances to try it!!

should look quite good, you dont think its too much to take in? don't want to lose the audience. Should work, 3 visual effects, coin disappears, OK thats good... H&S, WOW, now thats good, OMFG, coin is in can WOW thats very good!

yes/no?

Hi I'm new here and have just ordered this from magicbox website. I'm really looking forward to practising it when it arrives. I also orders a coin through bottle with a 2 fold 2p coin. Can anyone point me to a review of the coin through bottle trick using a 2 fold 2p.

I will post a review of the coin through can after i've practised with it.

Great forum btw. :)

Well I don't think it's easy to work out at all. By the way I don't have this (yet). I did work it out, but that was after thinking long and hard etc. and I still don't think I could do it properly even though I know how it works (I think). Hence why I'm going to get the dvd anyway. When people say that it's "easy to work out" and they didn't have to get the dvd, it usually means that they were completely baffled when they saw it, and so were compelled to sit for hours, watching many different performances of the trick on the net. It's not easy to figure out, and I don't think you should worry about spectators "instantly" figuring it out. Remember they don't know what is coming, and once you've done it they can not watch it again, like you can on a video, they will simply see it for what you say it is and be completely baffled.

Admittedly, this really puzzled me and I don't like to be puzzled so I spent an hour (ok maybe more ....) watching various performances of it, and in the end I think I have figured out how to do it stage by stage. I may be wrong as I haven't tried it, but I hope I have figured it out OK.

That said, I am going to purchase the DVD now anyway a) because WAyne Houchin has obviously spent a lot of time perfecting this and deserves some of the revenue for his work, b) because I'd like to see if the way I figured it out is the right way and most importantly c) because I'd like to do it properly, without flaws, and trying to figure it out was purely to satisfy my curiosity!

This better be good  It's my first magic purchase.
