Was the min roll in a done up pocket? And why would that be an issue? They wouldn't notice a cameraman coming that close because it is the cameraman's job to be there.
I know who Andy Nyman is but there's nothing to stop him standing in as a cameraman. Or anyone else. Anyone could do it if Derren has the guy's full attention.
