This is a bit bizarre, almost definitely something not to do with Hero though. Strange, maybe they did run away

P.S Take the beer, I hear those brownie points need to be collected in stupidly large quantitys!

Whatever happened to the second one of these? Quietly swept under the carpet since the first one was so bad?

Either that or its a longer process than the last one. Personnally think something went wrong with the second one during filming so it was never aired

There's a derren brown night in january 2011 where they're going to be showing the special voted the favourite (vote on the channel 4 website), and presumably enigma. Two shows is hardly what you would consider a 'night', so maybe they'll show something then?

This is all pure speculation on my part, mind. Two shows might be what channel 4 consider a night - or maybe they'll show some other derreny stuff - it's not like they're short on them nowadays

I think that's the most likely. It seems odd that they made a big thing about the month-long countdown, only to have us wait until potentially January.

At the time even the Radio Times said the next one would be 'in about a month'.

Yeah, strange... maybe the special in Spring will clear up a few things?

Perhaps it did take place but we were hypnotised to forget all about it....

Personally I think that the RadioTimes meant Engima, and it was most likely supposed to be shown earlier, but was pushed back for whatever reason. I don't think there would be much chance of something going wrong in all honestly.

Yeah same, shame it's only the 90 minute edited version though.
