how are you getting on? If it's the first 3 weeks, don't disturb them at all and that includes changing bedding. If you do, the mum could end up rejecting or worse, eating the little ones.
After just over a months, you'll want to get the sexed and split up.
sorry if you already know this, but I made a few mistakes to start with and ended up with about 3 out of a litter of about 10 surviving
