Great 'part two' for the story.

And we get vampires next week! :)

It was a very good episode. Steven Moffat is a legend!

But what's with Amy and the Doctor in the end?

Did River Song kill the Doctor?

Are then angels gone for good?

And when will we see more of Amy's crack? (bingo) Sorry, couldn't resist (bingo)

I agree - I didn't like that particular turn that Amy took. I hoped 'Confidential' would allay my fears and tell me that there was a more nefarious reason behind her actions than just raging hormones but they played it quite close to the chest.

I hope we're not in for yet another series where the assistant secretly (or not so secretly) fancies the Doctor... I was enjoying the relationship just fine the way it was going.

Still, I have faith in The Moff - this has been a great series so far and Matt Smith just gets better and better with each outing.

Vampires in Venice next week - brilliant!

I think River helped the Doctor in one of those "save the world" situations, Doctor ends up travelling through time, she stays behind. People not wishing to believe her "he travelled through time" story, and instead think she murdered him, and punished her for it accordingly.

I love how Amy's wedding is the same date as the series finale.

I think we will see the weeping angels again, once the crack issue is solved, things will be restored.

Matt Smith appears to be settling into the role nicely now. I was a little worried for a while that he might not be able to pull it off, but he's settled in now and my faith is restored! :D

I must confess to feeling the 'bromance' for Matt Smith - in my house the kids insist on watching Saturday's episode every night until the next weekend so I get to see him a lot and he is fast becoming my favourite Doctor (at least since the 're-boot'). He's unpredictable, charming, explosively grumpy and doesn't always appear to think things through before jumping in with both feet (my wife says he's a lot like me... if she discounts the charm!)

Anyway - I can't wait for the next episode.... Oh, and I'm also slightly obsessed with Ashes to Ashes this series too... I wonder if we should start another thread for that one.

And to think - I never used to consider myself much of a TV-Watcher!!!

Great episode!

Of course the angels arent gone for good. The guys went into the crack and the human race haven't vanished - just angel Bob and his cronies have vanished for good

And yep - Matt Smith is already my favourite one of the newest 3 so far!

Best line of the episode goes to Amy this week.

I agree with Beardy - thought this week was the weakest so far of the new series (although still a million times more enjoyable than most of the tosh on TV!).

It felt like a way to drive Rory more into the overall story (hey, that rhymes!)... almost like a stop-gap until next week (TOBY JONES - I am looking forward to that very much indeed!)
