You have a point there Brother Stoner.

Did anyone else think the 5 daleks in a line looked a bit like the Dalek version of the Spice Girls?

Also, from what was a theory on a bit of paper those spitfires sure got into space awefully quick!

And.... Alex Kingston is coming back! bring on the red heads!!!

Custom R&S decks made to specification - PM me for details

 It amazed me how they managed to build some spitfire shaped space crafts (out of materials they didn't have, and would need new factories to create) and then teach people to fly them, in under 10 minutes!

I was thinking more 'Power rangers'. Maybe next time they show up, they'll join themselves together to form a super-darlek.

What are you saying? That the science behind Doctor Who is a bit flimsy?

Invoke not reason. In the end it is too small a deity.

No... they were normal spitfires. But they were flying in a gravity bubble of the android's creation. We have to assume that the gravity bubble was quick and easy to create when you had the necessary know-how.

Homage to Star Wars, anyone? :)

Also, did anyone notice the references to UB40 and The Buzzcocks?

Think I got the Buzzcocks one... not sure on the UB40 one (not a huge fan to be honest).. Was that something about the Model 40 TARDIS, perhaps?

I thought it was weird that it's a new TARDIS.

The professor's gloved hand: a bit Dr Strangelove?

My prediction (and just saying it in case by some miracle it turns out to be correct): The professor is Davros. Or will be.

Never thought of that, though it strangely makes sense, in a wierd time paradox kinda way...

But that would be a really messed up head-thuck!

The davros creates the daleks, who in turn created davros, who created the daleks initially, who created davros, who.....

Maybe you are wrong after all ;)

Love

cant be. Ironsides was an android, and Davros made Daleks from his own D.N.A.

Ah... but we might be talking about an alternate timeline (or somesuch nonsense) where such a paradox might well be possible - a bit like that last Star Trek movie with the two Spocks. If they can get Spitfires into orbit in the space of ten minutes, who knows what else is possible?

I hope not though... I like Bill Paterson and would hate to see him reduced to a role where he's barely recognisable under layers of latex :)
