Yeah, within two minutes of the Dreamlord explaining the premise (which to me felt a little forced) I thought "I bet they're both dreams"

Toby Jones was damn brilliant though, he pretty much made the episode

Twas adequate, but nothing remarkable; a typical Chris Chibnall ep. Wasn't really overly struck by his Torchwoods, either :-/

To me it didn't really seem to fill the entire episode. I am hoping that what this means is that next week's was appearing to be running long, so they realised they had to make it 2 parts to do it justice.

The makeup team really do have a fantastic way of updating these enemies though, it has to be said. I was really looking forward to seeing the Sontarans and Silurians in this era, and they really do look top notch.
